Booking Conditions

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the deposit (cost of 1 night stay per person) and at the tariff applicable according to season.

Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken, premature departures for any reason, nor accommodation not required after confirmation of booking

Payments of Accounts

Balance of account to be paid on arrival. If payment is by cheque which is above your card guarantee limit, the whole amount should be set to us to arrive at least 5 days before arrival.

We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation or curtailment the person responsible for the booking will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation, less an allowance for food not consumed. Deposits are not refundable. If you should have to postpone your holiday to a later date charges may still be incurred if we are unable to re-let the accommodation from the original dates.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests' property unless handed in for safe custody.
